Work with Creator Factory

Build content people choose to watch.

Creator Factory helps brands find the right creative direction, creators and production rhythm for consistent social content.

What changes when you brief us

Most brands come to us with the same four problems. Each one has a fixed answer in how we work.

  • Content goes out in bursts, then stops.

You get a production rhythm with dates: a plan for the month, deliverables on a schedule, and a next brief ready before the last one ends.

  • Finding creators takes weeks and rarely sticks.

We match trained, assessed talent from our directory to your brief. Every proposal names who is doing the work.

  • Nobody is accountable when a video is late.

One contact at Creator Factory owns the brief, the revisions, the delivery and the invoice. You never chase a creator.

  • It is hard to tell what worked.

Every collaboration closes with a report: what was delivered, where it was published, and what performed.

How we start

Three steps from first contact to the first delivery. You see one proposal with one total, and only after the call.

Qualify

A short brief form and a call with the team to confirm the objective, the audience and the volume you need.

Build the plan

We choose talent, deliverables and dates, then send one proposal. You accept it from your brand account.

Produce and learn

Talent delivers through us, you approve each item, and the collaboration closes with a report.

How a collaboration works

A brief becomes a proposal sheet. Each line names the talent and the deliverable; the total is the only number you need to approve.

  1. BriefObjective, deliverables, dates and a budget range, sent from your account.
  2. ProposalLines, dates and one total. Valid until the respond-by date.
  3. ProductionTalent films and edits. Each item goes through one revision round if needed.
  4. DeliveryYou approve files in your account. Nothing counts as delivered before that.
  5. InvoiceIssued on the approved total. Talent is paid by Creator Factory, never by you.

Who you work with

Nobody is listed because they asked to be. Every name on a proposal has been through the same four gates.

Trained

Every creator completed the six-week programme: six published videos, ten tested hooks and a finished portfolio.

Assessed

Creators are listed after an agency assessment of content, editing and reliability. Providers pass a portfolio review.

One accountable contact

Briefs, revisions, delivery and invoices go through Creator Factory. You never negotiate with a creator directly.

Non-circumvention

Talent and brands agree not to work around Creator Factory for twelve months after a collaboration.

Is this the right time?

This is for you if

  • You want a monthly rhythm of short-form content, not a single video.
  • One person on your side can brief, review and approve.
  • You can give feedback within five business days of a delivery.
  • You are comfortable with creators who speak the way your customers do.

Not yet if

  • You need one video by the end of this week.
  • You want to contact and pay creators directly.
  • Every cut has to go through a committee before it can be approved.
  • You are looking for follower or view counts rather than content.

Questions brands ask

What does a collaboration cost?

Each proposal is one total built from your brief: the talent lines and a coordination fee. You see that total after the qualification call and before you accept anything. There is no rate card because there is no standard brief.

Who owns the content?

Usage terms are written on the proposal. By default you receive files licensed for your own channels for the agreed period. Paid promotion or longer usage is added as a line, so it is agreed before production starts.

Can we choose the creators?

Yes. Once your brand account is verified you can browse full profiles and shortlist from the directory. We confirm fit and availability, and every proposal line names the talent before you accept it.

How long does a collaboration take?

Dates are fixed on the proposal. A three-video collaboration is planned over three to four weeks from acceptance to final approval, including one revision round per item.

What if a deliverable is not right?

Each item includes one revision round against the brief. You approve or request the revision from your account, and nothing is invoiced as delivered until you have approved it.

Bring us the brief.

Tell us the objective and the volume you need. We come back with a call, then one proposal with one total.
